Yes, our products are 100% genuine straight from authorized resellers. We only believe in bringing in quality, genuine products, while keeping our price the lowest.
3. Why do you not have brick and mortar store and why are the prices kept so low?
We are an Internet-based business company with no physical stores. The reason for this is we aim to pass the cost savings to our customers. Imagine paying rent, and admin fees, that would definitely be a lose-lose situation for both the customers and us.
4. What delivery methods do you have?
We currently provide delivery by normal postage or registered mail. Registered mail is FREE. Once we receive your payment and ship out the order, we would then provide you with a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of the items and to ensure your item reaches you safely.
5. What about my warranty?
At Shockwave Products, we want to provide our customers with the ultimate satisfaction. As such, if any of your products happen to be damaged, we would collect the product from you and send it for replacement. Once done, we would deliver it back to you, all this absolutely FREE! Warranty period is for 1 year, otherwise stated. Do take note that the warranty DOES NOT cover wear and tear of the product. Please keep the receipt of purchase to verify your warranty.
